Today, I will be sharing my everyday makeup routine, and the products I keep in my makeup bag. I get sooo many questions about my makeup and what products I use. Well today, that will all be revealed. I have used some of these products forever, and some of them are new finds. I will be doing a separate post down the road on my skincare routine, so that will not be included in this post. Now, without further ado let's get to all of my beauty secrets, hehe!
My Makeup Bag + Products
Makeup Bag
Let's start off with my bag. This makeup bag is from Lululemon. I do not see this exact bag in stock. Here is a similar one. I just started using this makeup bag, and so far, it holds up real well. I'm going to describe the products in the order I put them on.
Foundation
I have used this foundation since middle school. I am a loyal COVERGIRL user, and will always be. They are cruelty free. Very affordable for consumers. I cannot image paying $50 for a bottle of foundation. Not trying to shade any high-end company, but I just can't because I go through foundation so quickly.
Eye Hydrator
I talked about this product in my skincare fridge post. This product is used to depuff your face. This is another product I have used for a very long time that I stand by. I use this on my eyes to wake them up in the morning. You can also use it on your face too. I put this moisture surge on my eyes before my makeup.
Eye Shadow
When it comes to eye shadow, I love Urban Decay palettes. I have so many. This is another cruelty free makeup brand. Making sure the product is cruelty free is really important to me. I am against animal testing. It is wrong. I am currently obsessed with the Naked Honey palette. These eyeshadows will stay on my eyes for the entire day, and that is hard to come across.

Eyeliner
At the time I first started wearing makeup, I was looking all around for the perfect eyeliner. I tried so many different brands of eyeliner until I found the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil. Now, let me tell you, eyeliner is my favorite beauty product. I do not know what I would do without it. It just enhances my eyes. Makes them look bigger, fuller and lively. I only have to touch up my eyeliner once a day. I use this product to line the bottom of my eyes. That is my go-to makeup product!
Mascara
Now, that the eyeliner is on, a mascara is a must. There are two mascara's I bounce back and forth between. The first one is the COVERGIRL Lash Blast Volume. This is the first ever mascara I used. If you are looking for a mascara that can really extend your lashes for a great price check out this mascara. The next one is the Clinique High Impact. Another fabulous mascara that extends the lashes far. Neither of these mascaras clump either. The COVERGIRL Mascara sells for around $8, and the Clinique Mascara sells for $19.50.
Lip Balm
To finish my look I use the Maybelline Baby Lips to give them a little pop. I am not into dark colored lipstick, or lipsticks that are crazy colors. I like just a hint of color. Through out the day I am constantly using EOS lip balm.
Hair Spray
I use the TRESemme Tres Two Extra Hold Hair Spray. I spray this on my bangs so they stay in place and my hair that I bump up. I keep the little travel size bottle in my purse at all time.
Mirror
The purple and white square looking object in the photo is my little double-sided mirror. I bought this one years ago from Ulta. I have another small double-sided mirror linked here to substitute. It is always good to have a little mirror in your makeup bag not only for your makeup, also to check your hair and teeth as well.
That is my entire makeup routine and everything I carry in my makeup bag. If you are looking for some new products to try, or to switch up your makeup routine these are all amazing! Give them a try.
